We have recently completed a successful project in Vienna. A&T rented over 200 iPads pre-configured with our clients event software and a crew of 2 Technicians to support. We prepared our iPads with backgrounds, Survey App and WiFi settings. The iPads were fully charged, cleaned, flight cased and ready to be handed to delegates. We sent out our own event crew on the long drive to Vienna and arrived with plenty of time to spare.

We can do so much more than hire iPads. Our Technicians liaised with the hotel in the weeks before the conference to secure a dedicated internet connection. Once onsite we installed our own routing equipment and POE access points across the conference level. This allowed us to create a private and secure network for our iPads and delegate devices. The dedicate network performed extremely well and provided constant uptime and vast improvement on the free WiFi available to the other hotel guests.
